⏱️ Processing & Handling Times
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping speeds:

🌍 International Shipping
  • We offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Saticart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



📍 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours.



🛑 Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Saticart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the item.



💔 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Saticart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.
  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team immediately at satidesign16@gmail.com so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
